Tabatha's Exclusive Venue Hire: 30 Children – From $1,200 (Fri-Sun)

What Is Included: 2.5 hrs Exclusive Venue Hire UNLIMITED SOFT PLAY Children's snack – Choose from Fairy Bread, Jelly, Packet of Chips or Fruit in a Cup Children’s party meal for each child Unlimited cordial and water Party invitations 50% off 6 or 12 month VIP Membership for the birthday child. What To Bring: Socks! You may bring your own birthday cake, however you will need to let us know. We are a nut free centre though – so please ensure there are no nuts at all. If we suspect nuts, we will need to remove your cake so please be careful! There is no fee for party organisers bringing their own cake to a booked party. (Cakes must not contain any nuts or nut extract) Take away containers are available for $0.80 cents each OR you are more than welcome to bring your own containers! No other outside food is permitted in Tabatinga with the exception of drink bottles, a small amount of fruit and baby formula. Terms and Conditions Payments Payment of the deposit acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The $300 deposit will be deducted from the final payment of the party. The full balance must be paid on or before the Wednesday prior to your event. This is non negotiable. If you are not contactable for our confirmation call during the week before the party, please contact the centre prior. If no confirmation is completed Tabatinga will select the children’s food. Take away containers are available for $0.80 cents each OR you are more than welcome to bring your own containers! Party Details Access to the party rooms begins at 6pm (no earlier) and you are required to vacate the party room at the end of the party (8:30pm) We cannot allow early access due to time restrictions and cleaning requirements. You may bring in your own party bags. Party bags are to be handed out at the conclusion of your party. You are welcome to bring your own decorations. Please discuss this with the Party Coordinator during the confirmation call. NO HELIUM TANKS OR CONFETTI are permitted in the centre. Unlimited amount of adults up to 200. There is a minimum requirement of 40 children required for Tocos Group Gatherings. Maximum numbers depend on the room booking and age of children attending the party. - Please speak with the Party Coordinator if you are unsure. If you bring more than your confirmed quantity of children, they will not be catered for, and general entry charges apply.
